Constitution

The group shall be known as the Scottish Universities Association for Lifelong Learning Administration Sub-committee.
The group shall be a sub-committee of the SUALL Council and shall submit reports of all meetings to Council.
The group shall:
(i) provide a forum for the interchange of information on administrative issues of relevance to Lifelong Learning provision in Scottish Universities;
ii) promote, advance and disseminate good practice in the administration of Lifelong Learning within Scottish Universities;
(iii) provide a forum for possible collaboration on topics of mutual interest to those working in Lifelong Learning.
Membership of the group shall be open to any institution which is a member of SUALL. Each institution may nominate two representatives, not including the Convenor and the Secretary. Additional representatives may attend by invitation.
The group shall propose a convenor to SUALL. The convenor shall serve for two years, and be eligible for re-nomination.
There shall be no quorum for a meeting of the group.
The group shall meet not less than twice a year.
